Експериментальні дослідження показників роботи розкидача органічних добрив ПРТ-10 із двобарабанним навісним пристроєм

Abstract

Виконання технологічних задач механізованого компостування модернізованими розкидачами органічних добрив, аераторами-змішувачами, аераторами-змішувачами-навантажувачами забезпечується робочими органами фрезерно-барабанного типу, що складають до 80 % конструкцій машин. Розроблена конструкція двобарабанного навісного пристрою до причепного розкидача органічних добрив ПРТ-10, що покращує якість подрібнення, змішування, аерації сировини. Проведено експериментальне дослідження по встановленню взаємозв’язків між конструктивно-кінематичними параметрами пристрою і показниками виконання технологічного процесу. Розроблена експериментальна установка. Критерії оцінки технологічного процесу – однорідність розподілу вологості по сформованому бурту, як показник ефективності змішування, енергоємність роботи. В результаті експериментальних досліджень встановлені залежності середнього значення однорідності гноє-компостної суміші і питомої енергоємності від кінематичних показників режиму роботи і розташування верхнього робочого органу відносно нижнього.

Technological tasks of mechanized composting with modernized spreaders of organic fertilizers, mixer aerators, aerators, mixer-loaders are provided with the working organs of milling-drum type, which make up to 80% of machine designs. The design of a two-drum hinged device for the trailer spreading of organic fertilizers ПРТ-10, which improves the quality, shredding, mixing, aeration of raw materials, is developed. An experimental study was conducted to establish the relationship between the structural and kinematic parameters of the device and the performance indicators of the technological process. Experimental installation is developed. Criteria for evaluating the technological process are homogeneity of the distribution of moisture in the formed bar as an indicator of mixing efficiency, energy intensity of work. As a result of experimental studies, the dependence of the average homogeneity of the manure-compost mixture and the specific energy intensity on the kinematic parameters of the mode of operation and the location of the upper working organ relative to the lower one was established.
