Сучасний стан та перспективи розвитку готельно-ресторанного господарства України

Abstract

Мета роботи: дослідження стану та перспективи розвитку готельно ресторанного господарства України в сучасний час. Об'єктом дослідження в роботі є готельно-ресторанний бізнес України. Предметом дослідження є теоретико-методичні підходи до впровадження перспективних й сучасних напрямів розвитку готельно-ресторанної галузі. Теоретичною та методологічною основою дослідження, проведеного в роботі, стали наукові концепції, бізнес ідеї, технології закордонних підприємств та теоретичні розробки провідних вітчизняних і зарубіжних діячів у готельно-ресторанному бізнесі.

OBJECTIVE: To study the current status and development prospects of the Ukrainian hotel and restaurant industry in the modern era. The object of the research is the hotel and restaurant industry in Ukraine. The object of the research is a theoretical and methodological approach to the realization of promising and modern directions of development of the hotel and restaurant industry. The theoretical and methodological basis of the research conducted in this paper is the theoretical development of scientific concepts, business ideas, technologies of foreign companies, and key domestic and foreign figures in the hotel and restaurant business.
