Оглядовий аналіз стану інноваційного розвитку підприємств плодоовочевої консервної промисловості

Abstract

У статті проведений оглядовий аналіз стану інноваційного розвитку підприємств плодоовочевої консервної промисловості. В результаті дослідження розроблено матрицю інноваційної привабливості підприємства, в якій показано взаємозв’язок інноваційних можливостей, обмежень та ризиків, виходячи із складових інноваційного потенціалу підприємства. Поряд з цим визначено, що інноваційна привабливість підприємств консервної галузі –це уявлення про інноваційний потенціал підприємства з точки зору його потенційних можливостей, обмежень та ризиків.

The article provides an overview analysis of the state of innovation development of the enterprises of the fruit and vegetable canning industry. As a result of the research, the matrix of innovation attractiveness of the enterprise is developed, which shows the interconnection of innovative opportunities, constraints and risks, based on the components of the innovative potential of the enterprise.At the same time, it is determined that the innovative attractiveness of canning industry enterprises is the idea of the innovative potential of the enterprise in terms of its potential, constraints and risks. In the context of the economic and political crisis in Ukraine, there is no clear systemic approach to developing a strategy for the economic development of the food industry. It should be noted that the fruit and vegetable canning industry requires constant and unceasing attention, as production, which is characterized by a variety of raw materials, a multitude of technological processes and their parameters. In addition, the production of canned food is closely linked with the development of the agro-industrial complex as a whole, because it depends on the quality and availability of agricultural raw materials.

В статье проведен обзорный анализ состояния инновационного развития предприятий плодоовощной консервной промышленности. В результате исследования разработана матрица инновационной привлекательности предприятия, в которой показана взаимосвязь инновационных возможностей, ограничений и рисков, исходя из составляющих инновационного потенциала предприятия. Наряду с этим установлено, что инновационная привлекательность предприятий консервной отрасли -это представление об инновационном потенциале предприятия с точки зрения его потенциальных возможностей, ограничений и рисков.
