Abstract: The relevance of the thesis topic. Today, under the conditions of the beginning of market relations, enterprises are actively undergoing the process of improvement and work principles. The imperfection of the current economic situation, the lack of clear principles in the development of enterprises, the instability of financial and x relations and the military situation make today's businessman dependent on a number of factors that are difficult to analyze and control. The complexity of the situation is greatly complicated by the lack of experience in conducting business and economic activities by company managers under martial law. Refusal of standard forms of business conduct, standard management, planned construction of prices for consumed resources presents an entrepreneur with a completely unfamiliar range of tasks, the quality of which largely depends on the economic position of the firm, its competitiveness, and the possibility of sustainable development. These tasks include: production and pricing policy, marketing and sales, issues of strategic management and planning, financing and crediting of current expenses and capital projects. This situation forces the manager to search for a comprehensive methodological apparatus capable of a comprehensive assessment of the economic and financial situation of the enterprise, analysis of the most significant factors that significantly affect the results of the firm's activities and the development strategy of the private enterprise. In connection with the above, the development and implementation of innovative approaches to business planning during the creation of new hospitality establishments is clearly relevant.
