Короткий огляд (реферат): | The relevance of the thesis topic. The hotel business as an integral part of the tourism market occupies an important place in the economy of many developed countries. Tourism, having become a deep social and political phenomenon, today makes a significant contribution to the economic development of both a single country and the improvement of the quality of life of modern people, who are becoming more and more mobile under the conditions of globalization. Ukraine is not an exception in this process - in the last decade, the domestic market of tourist services and, accordingly, the hospitality industry have been developing at a rapid pace, especially in large industrial and financial centers. In this development, the hotel business has a responsible role, to supply the market with a quality hotel product that meets world standards, without which the development of the domestic tourism industry is basically impossible. In the last decade, the market of hotel services began to be actively developed by private business: the upper price segment was formed, represented by high-class hotel chains, in which there is already real and rather sharp competition; middle class hotels are being built and reconstructed ; new niches are developed, for example, the niche of small high-class hotels; attempts are being made to create domestic hospitality chains. Management plays a key role in these processes, ensuring the implementation of investment projects in the relevant business, effective ongoing management, including all aspects: operations, personnel, finance, marketing, etc. In this regard, there is an urgent problem of developing a strategy for managing the quality of services in the hospitality industry. effective management of the hotel business, distinguished by integrity, systematicity, universality and at the same time suitable for use in original projects. Until recently, the problems of organization and management in this projection have mostly been insufficiently researched, and the available information devoted to this issue is reduced mainly to private recommendations. Therefore, we consider it expedient to pay considerable attention to the research of the relevant issue |
