Обґрунтування доцільності впровадження інвестиційного проєкту із введення в дію міні-пекарні у фермерському господарстві

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної (бакалаврської) роботи є узагальнення науково-теоретичних засад розвитку хлібопекарської галузі України та здійснення економічного обґрунтування доцільності відкриття міні-пекарні на базі фермерського господарства. Об’єктом дослідження виступають процеси, що пов’язані із оцінкою та обґрунтуванням доцільності впровадження інвестиційного проєкту із введення в дію міні-пекарні у фермерському господарстві. Предметом дослідження є науково-теоретичні засади розвитку хлібопекарської галузі та практичні аспекти економічного обґрунтування доцільності відкриття міні-пекарні на базі фермерського господарства. Наукова новизна результатів роботи полягає у: поглибленні вивчення науково теоретичних засад розвитку хлібопекарської галузі України; виявленні перспективних напрямів та вирішальних передумов інноваційно-інвестиційного розвитку хлібопекарської галузі України; розробленні комплексу заходів, спрямованих на ефективне здійснення капіталовкладень, пов’язаних із впровадженням проєкту відкриття міні-пекарні. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі досліджено науково-теоретичні засади розвитку хлібопекарської галузі України. У другому розділі здійснено економічне обґрунтування доцільності відкриття міні-пекарні на базі фермерського господарства. Висновки та пропозиції: практичне значення наукового дослідження визначається можливістю використання отриманих результатів та наданих рекомендацій у майбутній діяльності господарства з метою впровадження інвестиційного проєкту із введення в дію міні-пекарні.

The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is to generalize the scientific and theoretical foundations of the development of the bakery industry of Ukraine and to carry out an economic justification of the feasibility of opening a mini-bakery on the basis of a farm. The object of the study is the processes related to the assessment and justification of the feasibility of implementing an investment project to put a mini-bakery into operation in a farm. The subject of the study is the scientific and theoretical foundations of the development of the bakery industry and practical aspects of the economic justification of the feasibility of opening a mini-bakery on the basis of a farm. The scientific novelty of the results of the work consists in: deepening the study of the scientific and theoretical foundations of the development of the bakery industry of Ukraine; identification of promising directions and decisive prerequisites for innovation and investment development of the Ukrainian bakery industry; development of a set of measures aimed at effective implementation of capital investments related to the implementation of the project of opening a mini-bakery. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: The first chapter examines the scientific and theoretical foundations of the development of the Ukrainian bakery industry. In the second chapter, the economic justification of the feasibility of opening a mini bakery on the basis of a farm is carried out. Conclusions and proposals: the practical value of the scientific research is determined by the possibility of using the obtained results and the provided recommendations in the future activities of the farm with the aim of implementing an investment project to put the mini-bakery into operation.
