Abstract: | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена вивченню теоретичних засад і розробки практичних рекомендацій з вдосконалення діяльності готельно-ресторанного підприємства в сучасних умовах.
У кваліфікаційній роботі представлено теоретико-методологічні засади організації та технології обслуговування на підприємствах готельно-ресторанного бізнесу.
Наведено особливості надання послуг споживачам у готельних господарствах різних типів.
Проведено аналіз стану ринку послуг закладів готельно-ресторанного бізнесу Галичини; наведено аналіз сучасних проблем форм обслуговування у готельно-ресторанних господарствах.
Досліджено організаційно-управлінська та економічно-фінансова діяльність готельно-ресторанного комплексу «Легенда», його маркетингове середовище.
Надана оцінка якості організації та надання послуг у готельно-ресторанному комплексі «Легенда» та обґрунтовано заходи щодо її вдосконалення.
Запропоновано стратегію вдосконалення діяльності готельно-ресторанного комплексу «Легенда» та розраховано економічну ефективність запропонованих заходів The qualification work is devoted to the study of theoretical foundations and development of practical recommendations for improving the activities of a hotel and restaurant enterprise in modern conditions. The qualification work presents the theoretical and methodological foundations of the organization and technology of service at hotel and restaurant business enterprises. The peculiarities of providing services to consumers in hotel enterprises of various types are presented. An analysis of the state of the market of services of hotel and restaurant business in Galicia is carried out; an analysis of modern problems of forms of service in hotel and restaurant enterprises is provided. The organizational, managerial, economic and financial activities of the hotel and restaurant complex “Legend” and its marketing environment are studied. An assessment of the quality of organization and provision of services in the hotel and restaurant complex “Legend” is provided and measures to improve it are substantiated. A strategy for improving the activities of the hotel and restaurant complex “Legend” is proposed and the economic efficiency of the proposed measures is calculated |
