Оптимізація процесів лісопиляння за рахунок впровадження сучасного деревообробного обладнання та електроприводів

Abstract

The paper considers the use of modern woodworking equipment, in particular circular sawmills, in agriculture for the production of lumber necessary for agricultural needs. The paper focuses on the advantages of automated machines with asynchronous electric motors, which provide stable and energy-efficient operation, conducts technical analysis and calculation of the parameters of the electric drive, as well as modeling of its transient processes. The feasibility of using a frequency-controlled drive to optimize wood sawing and reduce equipment loads is substantiated. The results of the study can be used to improve technological processes of woodworking in the agro-industrial complex.
