| Abstract: | The study examines the impact of air quality on polyethylene film production using the SJ-55-800 extruder. It identifies shortcomings in the existing filtration system that cause film defects. A multi-stage filtration system with HEPA and carbon filters, automated control, and fluoroplastic filters is proposed to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve product quality. |
