Человеческий капитал как фактор страновой инвестиционной привлекательности

Abstract

Рассмотрена инвестиционная активность и инвестиционная привлекательность в контексте финансового управления человеческим капиталом. Представлена динамика показателей инвестиционной активности в Беларуси, России и Украине. На основе индексов BDO International представлены тенденции изменения инвестиционной привлекательности по этим странам. Представлена экономическая сущность категории инвестиции, в том числе в контексте теории человеческого капитала. Показана роль человеческого капитала в формировании инвестиционной привлекательности государства и отдельных регионов. Обоснован вывод о существовании прямой взаимосвязи высокого уровня человеческого развития, доли расходов на НИОКР и инноваций в ВВП.

In the article defined economic categories such as «investment activity» and «investment attractiveness», which should be considered in the context of the theory about the financial human capital management. The aim of the article was justification of influence on the investment attractiveness of human capital, which accumulated in human resources of the state and individual regions. Special attention in the article was given to study the influence of human capital on the investment attractiveness of the state and individual regions. Presented the dynamics of indicator, which will reflected the main aspects of investment attractiveness of innovation policy and investment activity not only in Republic of Belarus, but also in throwing countries, such as Russian Federation and Ukraine, as the most active investment partners in domestic practice of investment activity. Based on the indexes of «BDO International», «Standard&Poor’s», «Moody’s Investor Service», «Fitch IBCA», analytic services logs «The Economist», «Euromoney», the World Bank (Doing Business) presented trends of investment attractiveness of these countries. Presented the economic substance of the category «investment», including those moments, when we considered about the theory of human capital.
