| Abstract: | An urgent problem today is the creation of food products with increased nutritional and biological value. One of the most deficient nutrients in the modern human diet are complete proteins, unsaturated fats, vitamins, and some minerals.т In this regard, new meat pastes with increased biological value, enriched with bioorganic compounds of calcium and iodine, have been developed. |
