Organizational structure management improvement at the enterprise

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to study the methodical approach to improving the organizational structure of management at the enterprise and practical recommendations for evaluating the effectiveness of the improved organizational structure of the enterprise. The object of research is the process of improving the organizational structure of the management of a specific enterprise. The subject of the research is the theoretical, analytical-research and project-recommendatory components of the organizational structure of management at the enterprise. The scientific novelty of the obtained results lies in the determination of theoretical, methodological and practical provisions for improving the organizational structure of management. In the qualification (master's) work the author considers the essence of the concept of management structure, as well as methodological approaches to its improvement. The organizational and production state of the enterprise, as well as the organizational and production structure are analyzed. The paper presents the strategy of improving the organizational structure of management, as well as ways to improve the organizational structure of management, as an important management mechanism of a modern enterprise.

Метою дослідження є дослідження методичного підходу до удосконалення організаційної структури управління на підприємстві та практичних рекомендації до оцінювання ефективності удосконаленої організаційної структури підприємства. Об'єкт дослідження є процес удосконалення організаційної структури управління конкретного підприємства. Предмет дослідження - є теоретичні, аналітико-дослідницькі та проектно-рекомендаційні складові організаційної структури управління на підприємстві. Наукова новизна одержаних результатів полягає в визначенні теоретичних, методологічних та практичних положень удосконалення організаційної структури управління. В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі авторкою розглянуто сутність поняття структури управління, а також методологічні підходи до її удосконалення. Проаналізовано організаційно-виробничий стан підприємства, а також організаційну та виробничу структуру. У роботі представлено стратегію удосконалення організаційної структури управління, а також шляхи удосконалення організаційної структури управління, як важливий механізм управління сучасним підприємством.
