Abstract

Виконано змістовний аналіз середовища, що формує чинники впливу процесів корпоратизації аграрного сектору з точки зору зовнішнього та внутрішнього. Досліджено чинники, що формують процеси корпоратизації аграрного сектору глобальної економіки, виконано змістовний аналіз впливу факторів внутрішнього та зовнішнього середовища на діяльність агрохолдингів. Розглянуто специфічні риси зовнішнього середовища менеджменту міжнародних агропідприємств, характерні для різних економічних систем. Визначено фактори, що перешкоджають та сприяють процесам корпоратизації аграрного сектору глобальної економіки. Отримані результати можуть бути основою для практичних рекомендацій розробки старатегії розвитку міжнародних агрохолдингів та інших агропідприємств.

The content analysis of the environment, which forms the factors influencing the processes of corporatization of the agrarian sector from the point of view of external and internal, is fulfilled. The factors that shape the corporatization processes of the agrarian sector of the global economy are investigated, a meaningful analysis of the influence of factors of the internal and external environment on the activities of agricultural holdings is carried out. The specific features of the management environment of international agro enterprises, which are characteristic of various economic systems, are considered. The factors that hinder and promote corporatization processes of the agrarian sector of the global economy are identified. The obtained results can serve as a basis for practical recommendations in the development of the strategy of development of international agro-holdings and other agro-enterprises.
