Короткий огляд (реферат): | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена основам ефективного розвитку та функціонування готельно-ресторанного бізнесу в конкурентних умовах.
Під час виконання кваліфікаційної роботи узагальнено особливості функціонування підприємств готельного господарства в конкурентних умовах; викладено сучасні наукові концепції щодо напрямків готельного бізнесу; встановлено сучасні тенденції вітчизняного та закордонного розвитку індустрії гостинності; визначено вектори активізації функціонування підприємств готельного господарства; розроблено можливі пріоритети готельного бізнесу.
Розроблено рекомендації щодо шляхів активізації функціонування підприємств готельного господарства, щодо вибору пріоритетів післявоєнного розвитку готельного господарства України. The qualification work is devoted to the basics of effective development and functioning of the hotel and restaurant business in competitive conditions. During the qualification work, the features of the functioning of hotel enterprises in competitive conditions were summarized; modern scientific concepts regarding the directions of the hotel business were outlined; modern trends in domestic and foreign development of the hospitality industry were established; vectors for activating the functioning of hotel enterprises were determined; possible priorities of the hotel business were developed. Recommendations were developed on ways to activate the functioning of hotel enterprises, on the choice of priorities for the post-war development of the hotel industry in Ukraine. |
