Abstract: Dairy farming is one of the most important food industries in Ukraine, the purpose of which is to ensure milk production in volumes that are sufficient to load the production capacity of milk processing enterprises with the subsequent production of dairy products. The state of development of the agro-industrial complex, including its important component – the dairy industry, affects the social and economic stability of the economic system. A healthy nation is the key to a successful economy, and quality raw materials are the basis for the production of healthy products.
