Трансформація місії та назви професії бухгалтера під впливом запитів зміцнення економічної безпеки підприємств в умовах діджиталізації економіки

Abstract

Статтю присвячено перегляду місії та назви професії бухгалтера в контексті зміцнення економічної безпеки підприємств в умовах діджиталізації економіки. Доведено вагомість інституту професії бухгалтера у світовому соціально-економічному просторі та встановлено, що назва професії на початку 20-х рр. ХХІ ст. не зовсім відповідає сутності й набору функцій, покладених на неї. Охарактеризовано передумови, які унеможливлюють утрату вагомості цієї професії в майбутньому та зумовлюють необхідність її трансформації від впливом процесів діджиталізації. Обґрунтовано перспективи бухгалтерської професії у процесі гарантування економічної безпеки бізнес-структур і достовірного безпекового представлення бізнесу у звітності. Запропоновано змістове наповнення трансформованої назви «обліковий гарант економічної безпеки», яке розширює горизонти розуміння місії та спроможності інституту бухгалтерського обліку й інституту професійних бухгалтерів, а також їх вирішальної ролі в процесі зміцнення економічної безпеки підприємств, галузей і національної економіки загалом. The article is devoted to the revision of the mission and the name of the accounting profession in the context of strengthening the economic security of enterprises in the context of the economy digitalization. One of the crucial components of successful business development is counteraction to risks and threats, which determines the urgency of revising the accounting mission and the institute of professional accountants as a source of information support in the context of ensuring the economic security of enterprises. The mission of the accounting profession has been and remains beyond extinction on the horizon of the economic business environment, as it is the accountant who is called to provide stakeholders with complete reliable information, prevent risks and crises, develop tailor-made accounting policies and ensure economic security, which largely depends on fidelity. and methodological accuracy of the formed professional judgment of the specialist. Achieving this mission is possible only if there is a set of specific competencies of the specialist, including accounting and analytical, security, organizational and managerial, digital, communication, leadership and psychological ones. The importance of the institute of the profession of accountant in the world is proved. It is established that the name of the profession in the early 20s of the XXI century does not quite correspond to the essence and set of functions assigned to it. The preconditions that prevent the loss of weight of the accounting profession in the future and determine the need for its transformation from the influence of digitalization processes are described. The prospects of the accounting profession in the process of guaranteeing the economic security of business structures and reliable security representation of business in reporting are substantiated. The content of the transformed title "accounting guarantor of economic security", which expands the horizons of understanding the mission and capabilities of the institute of accounting and the istitute of professional accountants and their crucial role in strengthening economic security of enterprises, industries and the national economy is proposed.
