Abstract

Обґрунтовано методику системно-матричного діагностичного аналізу впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на внутрішні господарські процеси торговельних підприємств, що дозволяє розподілити повноваження ефективних дій, виявити невідповідності та розбіжності, визначити стратегію згладжування негативного впливу факторів зовнішнього середовища на внутрішньогосподарські процеси підприємств торгівлі з метою максимізації прибутку.
