Аналіз впливу логістичних систем на конкурентоспроможність підприємств торгівлі

Abstract

Проведено аналіз впливу логістичних систем на конкурентоспроможність підприємств торгівлі, визначено основні підходи до формування логістичних систем на підприємствах торгівлі, на основі дослідження існуючих концепцій систематизовано та охарактеризовано потоки логістичних систем з урахуванням специфіки торговельних підприємств.

The analysis of influence of logistic systems on competitiveness of trade enterprises is carried out, the main approaches to formation of logistic systems at trade enterprises are defined, on the basis researches of the acting concepts it is systematized streams of logistic systems taking into account specifics of trade enterprises. For providing a resistant position in the market in modern adverse conditions of managing heads of trade enterprises have to carry out active search and introduce effective instruments of increase of competitiveness. Trade enterprises need to optimize the expenses connected with the movement and storage of goods. Therefore needs for the analysis of influence of logistic systems on the enterprises of branch of trade are put in the forefront. In modern conditions of managing, under the influence of the crisis phenomena in economy questions of effective logistics have gained special sharpness as domestic trade enterprises are engaged in active search of decrease in costs of transportation, storage and preparation of goods. Use of logistics at trade enterprises provides creation of the consecutive, coordinated system which will allow to react in due time to change of a conjuncture of the market and in the maximum degree to realize strengths of trade enterprise. The world practice of creation of logistic control systems has revealed that the logistic principles of production management and work of the enterprise in modern conditions can be considered as one of the most important directions of normalization of development of the enterprise for the purpose of strengthening of regimes of economy of labor, material, monetary and energy resources, increase of management efficiency at various levels, ensuring necessary quantity of the consumer benefits. Generalizing the existing approaches to definition of logistic system, we suggest allocating three interdependent synergetic streams of logistic system at trade enterprises: financial, material and information. Searches of ways of increase of competitiveness of trade enterprises need to be begun with consideration of change of profit and losses first from the analysis of streams of logistic system. In case of existence of a tendency to decrease in expenses under other equal conditions competitiveness increases. The logistic system directly influences competitiveness of trade enterprises, and streams of formation of logistic system depend on the purposes that are set before itself by the management, including at the choice of business partner. Comparison of expenses on each of streams of logistic system with their influence on profit is carried out for several years. Formation of adequate logistic system provides essential decrease in expenses. Based on results of research of the existing approaches to definition of logistic systems it is established that the harmonized association of financial, material and information streams of logistic system gives the chance of high-quality customer service, effective use of assets and ensuring flexibility of actions that in the end result increases competitiveness of trade enterprises.
