Колектив і особистість в системі управління персоналом

Abstract

Стаття присвячена проблемі взаємодії особистості та колективу в сучасних умовах розбудови громадянського суспільства. Розглядається співвідношення змістовних та організаційних засад громадських об’єднань, а також наведено свідчення про важливе місце колективу в соціалізації особистості. Головним висновком статті є необхідність вивчення колективу, який в сучасних умовах зосереджено в формі громадських об’єднань.

The article is devoted to the problem of co-operation of a personality and a group in the modern conditions of alteration of civil society. Correlation of profound and organizational principles of public associations is studied, and the idea of the importance of a group in the formation of the personality is showed. The main conclusion of the article is a necessity of studying the group, which in modern conditions is concentrated in the form of public associations.
