Економічна ефективність впровадження заходів охорони праці та довкілля

Abstract

Стаття стосується методики оцінювання збитків внаслідок ненадійності технічних систем та помилок персоналу. Процедура розрахунку завданих збитків та планування заходів безпеки передбачає а) пряме оцінювання фінансової та інших видів шкоди та б) маркетинговий аналіз з мінімізацією співвідношення „витрати – попереджені збитки”. В пропонованій на розгляд роботі акцент зроблено на використанні імовірнісних середньостатистичних об’єктивних параметрів надійності машин та обладнання в сполученні з характеристиками безпомилкової роботи персоналу – суб’єкта виробничого процесу.

The article deals with methods of evaluation of losses due to the reliability of technical systems and human error. The procedure for calculating the damage and planning security involves a) direct assessment of the financial and other types of damage and b) marketing analysis minimizing the ratio "cost - warned the damage." In the proposed work to the emphasis on using objective parameters probability of average reliability of machines and equipment, combined with error-free performance of the staff - the subject of the production process. The complex analysis of influence of objective and subjective factors of production is conducted with economic efficiency of the safety system introduction and environment protection. At the present time the detailed statistical data on the stage of feasability study as well as the methodological base of the technical economical parameters for different technological processes is created.
