Совершенствование технологии очистки двигателя и его деталей при ремонте

Abstract

В статье обоснована комбинированная схема очистки двигателя и его деталей на основе гидродинамической очистки высоконапорным аппаратом с комплектом специальных адаптеров и биоразлагаемых технических моющих средств.

The article substantiates the combined scheme of clean engine and its parts based on high-pressure hydrodynamic cleaning apparatus with special adapters and biodegradable thermal detergent.Clean-up work on the engine and its components are the most labor intensive, inefficient and environmentally unsafe. Poor cleaning of cylinder blocks and cylinder heads from scale and limescale reduces the effective engine power on 5-8%, increasing the consumption of petrol, oil and lubricants at 10-20%. Due to poor cleaning of parts during Assembly of diesel engines posleremontnyj resource is reduced by 25-30%.
