Abstract

Предложена методология моделирования процессов рефлексивного управления стадным поведением на предприятиях. Решение задач рефлексивного управления стадным поведением с использованием моделей соответствующего механизма на предприятиях позволит формировать адекватные управляющие воздействия для обеспечения эффективного достижения целей функционирования предприятия.

S.S. Turlakova. Methodology of modeling the processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises. The manifestation of herd behavior necessitate the improvement of the mechanism of management this processes. The reflexive components of the decision-making process by economic agents allow to put forward a hypothesis about the possibility of controlling herd behavior using methods of reflexive management. The methodology of modeling processes of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises is proposed. The implementation of procedures for the mechanism of reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises within the framework of the proposed methodology of reflexive management will allow forecasting the results of decision-making by agents. The main tool for reflexive management of herd behavior at enterprises is the indirect or informational impact on management agents in order to change the basic parameters of the functions of their reflexive choice. This is how reflexive management of herd behavior is implemented at enterprises. At the same time, management is carried out on the basis of the reflexive characteristics of agents determined at the stage of diagnosis of the individual value system and the structure of agent awareness. This allows to purposefully select the vector of reflexive control and evaluate its results. Management is carried out by changing the structure of agent awareness according to the reflexive characteristics of the decision-making process. This provides the ability to control the values of the reflexive characteristics of agents and their use to effectively achieve the goals of the enterprise. The application of the methodology of reflexive control of herd behavior using appropriate models of the mechanism of reflexive control of herd behavior at enterprises will allow the formation of adequate control actions to ensure the effective functioning of the enterprise. Implementation of the proposed methodology at enterprises will allow for effective achievement of the goal and ensure the safety of decisionmaking by agents at enterprises.
