Abstract

У статті визначено та обґрунтовано сучасні напрями удосконалення діяльності плодопереробних підприємств України. Визначено організаційно-економічних заходи щодо удосконалення діяльності плодопереробних підприємств, розкрито окремі питання інвестиційного забезпечення та інноваційного розвитку. У роботі обґрунтовано доцільність створення інноваційних кластерних об’єднань для впровадження сучасних технологій, відновлення великотоварного виробництва плодоягідної продукції, підвищенням рівня соціального забезпечення працівників, залученням інвестицій, поєднанням науковонавчальних практик з виробничим процесом та іншими перевагами.

В статье определены и обоснованы современные направления совершенствования деятельности плодоперерабатывающих предприятий Украины. Определены организационно-экономические меры по совершенствованию деятельности плодоперерабатывающих предприятий, раскрыто отдельные вопросы инвестиционного обеспечения и инновационного развития. В работе обоснована целесообразность создания инновационных кластерных объединений по внедрению современных технологий, восстановление крупнотоварного производства плодоягодной продукции, повышения уровня социального обеспечения работников, привлечением инвестиций, сочетанием научно-учебных практик с производственным процессом и другими преимуществами.

Melnyk V.I., Pogrischuk O.B. Modern directions of improvement of activity of fruit-processing enterprises of Ukraine. The purpose of this article is to identify and substantiate the directions of improvement of activity of fruit-processing enterprises of Ukraine. The objectives of the study include the definition of organizational and economic measures to improve the activities of fruit-processing enterprises, justification of the investment support system, the formation of investment potential, marketing activities and certain aspects of innovation development and integration processes. It is determined that modern directions of improvement of activity of fruit-processing enterprises of Ukraine include a system of organizational and economic measures based on expansion of capacity of the internal market of production; increase in output for export; increasing the competitiveness of domestic producers. An important factor in improving the activity of Ukraine’s fruit-processing enterprises is the activation of investment support and the formation of investment potential, as well as the formation of integration ties in the productive subcomplex of Ukraine. The need for expansion of integration links and formation of cluster associations is justified. The feasibility of creating innovative cluster associations is determined by the possibility of introducing modern technologies for the resumption of large-scale production of fruitful products, increasing the level of social security of employees, additional attracting investment resources, improving business reputation, reducing costs, combining scientific and educational practices with other manufacturing practices. Progress in this area can be achieved by carrying out a set of reforms to bring the legislation in line with European and international standards and by implementing clear mechanisms for its implementation in terms of infrastructure development, use of managerial experience and development of new markets for finished products.
