Abstract

В статті висвітлено теоретичні аспекти технічного сервісу аграрного виробництва, обґрунтовано переваги перспективної стратегії проведення технічного обслуговування і ремонтів та здійснено систематизацію понятійного апарату сфери технічного сервісу. Авторами викладено методичні підходи до розрахунку витрат на технічне обслуговування та ремонт як окремих машин, так і таких, що експлуатуються в складі агрегатів, із застосуванням прогресивних методів нагромадження витрат за період експлуатації, які описують експоненціальною залежністю та закладені в міжнародних стандартах.

Methodological developments for determining the cost of maintenance of agricultural machinery ignore specific technical component of the process of refusals and especially the modern strategy of maintenance and repair of machines for agriculture. The purpose of this paper is to develop theoretical and methodological provisions for determining the amount of the costs and funds for the repair and maintenance of agricultural machinery and equipment based on the latest scientific developments and international standards. Results. Trends modern agricultural techniques aimed at intellectualization of machines, including the use of sensors permanent diagnosis of major components and assemblies. This allows continuously or regularly examine the option of technical condition of machinery and to forecast and anticipate defects. The prospect of solving the problems of modern maintenance and repair of machines for agriculturestrategy is "forecasting failures of the technical condition", which involves the use of diagnostic tools to predict the parameters of wear parts, components in the future. In recent years, foreign firms producing agricultural machinery with high reliability and durability. For them unacceptable to use the value of deductions for repairs as agricultural machinery with low reliability are released by the Soviet Union thirty years ago. Thus domestic regulatory framework and standards need updating methodological approaches taking into account excellence.Therefore, at the present stage of development of national agricultural economy suggest when calculating the cost of foreign equipment.There is an urgent need for standards development allocations for maintenance and repair of agricultural machinery, including foreign ones, to use the most effective strategy for technical service in the conditions of Ukraine. Thus, at the present stage of development of national agricultural economics suggest calculating the cost of maintenance and repair agricultural machines use the value of international standard ASABE.
