Розробка системи управління якістю виробництва на підприємствах

Abstract

Мета розробки системи управління якістю виробництва на підприємствах полягає у вдосконаленні процесів виробництва та забезпеченні високої якості продукції, що відповідає вимогам і очікуванням споживачів. Об'єктом управління є виробничий процес на підприємстві, а предметом — якість виробленої продукції. Завдання системи управління якістю включають в себе визначення та впровадження стандартів якості, контроль і вдосконалення технологічних процесів, підвищення кваліфікації персоналу та ефективне використання ресурсів. Наукова новизна полягає у розробці та впровадженні сучасних методів та технік управління, які сприяють досягненню високих показників якості продукції та конкурентоспроможності підприємства на ринку. На основі аналізу ефективності впровадження системи менеджменту якості на підприємствах України нами розроблені методичні та практичні положення щодо структурування системи менеджменту якості та вибору напрямів підвищення ефективності управління конкурентоспроможністю підприємства. Наголошуємо на необхідності впровадження ресурсозберігаючих технологій та розробки інструментів стратегічного управління, прогнозування, оптимізації та покращення використання ресурсів сільськогосподарських підприємств. Встановлено, що управління якістю здійснюється за допомогою установлення чітких критеріїв ефективності діяльності різних підрозділів підприємства.

The purpose of developing a production quality management system at enterprises is to improve production processes and ensure high quality products that meet the requirements and expectations of consumers. The object of management is the production process at the enterprise, and the subject is the quality of the manufactured products. The tasks of the quality management system include the definition and implementation of quality standards, control and improvement of technological processes, improvement of personnel qualifications and effective use of resources. Scientific novelty consists in the development and implementation of modern management methods and techniques that contribute to the achievement of high product quality indicators and the enterprise's competitiveness on the market. Based on the analysis of the effectiveness of the implementation of the quality management system at the enterprises of Ukraine, we have developed methodological and practical provisions regarding the structuring of the quality management system and the selection of directions for improving the efficiency of the enterprise's competitiveness management. We emphasize the need to implement resource-saving technologies and develop tools for strategic management, forecasting, optimization, and improvement of the use of resources of agricultural enterprises.
