Розвиток інтелектуального капіталу підприємств

Abstract

Основною метою кваліфікаційної (бакалаврської) роботи є дослідження теоретичних і практичних підходів до розвитку інтелектуального капіталу підприємств, зокрема через управління професійними компетентностями персоналу та впровадження ефективних методик оцінки інтелектуального капіталу, що сприяє підвищенню конкурентоспроможності підприємств. Об’єктом дослідження є процес розвитку інтелектуального капіталу підприємств. Предметом дослідження є теоретичні та методологічні аспекти розвитку інтелектуального капіталу, зокрема чинники розвитку професійних компетентностей працівників, методики оцінювання інтелектуального капіталу, а також роль корпоративної культури у забезпеченні ефективного розвитку інтелектуального капіталу. У кваліфікаційній (бакалаврській) роботі: У першому розділі вивчено теоретичні аспекти розвитку інтелектуального капіталу. У другому розділі досліджено інтелектуальний капітал та шляхи забезпечення його ефективного розвитку. Практичні результати дослідження мають важливе значення для підприємств, оскільки можуть бути використані для підвищення ефективності управління персоналом через розвиток професійних компетентностей працівників, сприяти зростанню інтелектуального капіталу, розробки та впровадження стратегій, що підвищують конкурентоспроможність підприємства, вдосконаленню методів оцінки вартості інтелектуального капіталу для прийняття більш обґрунтованих управлінських рішень, зміцнення корпоративної культури для створення сприятливого робочого середовища.

The main goal of the qualification (bachelor's) work is the study of theoretical and practical approaches to the development of intellectual capital of enterprises, in particular through the management of professional competences of personnel and the implementation of effective methods of assessment of intellectual capital, which contributes to increasing the competitiveness of enterprises. The object of the research is the process of development of the intellectual capital of enterprises. The subject of the study is the theoretical and methodological aspects of the development of intellectual capital, in particular the factors of the development of professional competences of employees, methods of assessment of intellectual capital, as well as the role of corporate culture in ensuring the effective development of intellectual capital. In the qualification (bachelor's) work: In the first chapter, the theoretical aspects of the development of intellectual capital are studied. The second chapter examines intellectual capital and ways to ensure its effective development. The practical results of the research are important for enterprises, as they can be used to increase the efficiency of personnel management through the development of professional competencies of employees, contribute to the growth of intellectual capital, the development and implementation of strategies that increase the competitiveness of the enterprise, the improvement of methods of assessing the value of intellectual capital for the adoption of more justified management decisions solutions, strengthening corporate culture to create a favorable working environment.
