Інноваційний потенціал підприємства як фактор забезпечення конкурентоспроможності

Abstract

Мета дослідження є вивчення інноваційного потенціалу підприємства як ключового фактора забезпечення його конкурентоспроможності та визначення шляхів його вдосконалення. Об'єкт дослідження є інноваційний потенціал підприємства, а предметом — фактори, що впливають на рівень інноваційного потенціалу підприємства, а також методи та інструменти його оцінки та вдосконалення. Задачі дослідження: аналіз інноваційного середовища; оцінка інноваційних можливостей; вивчення організаційної культури; на основі отриманих результатів розробка конкретних рекомендацій щодо вдосконалення інноваційного потенціалу підприємства з метою підвищення його конкурентоспроможності. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в комплексному аналізі інноваційного потенціалу підприємства як ключового фактора його конкурентоспроможності. Проведено аналіз інноваційного середовища, який дозволив виявити потенційні можливості та загрози, що впливають на інноваційну діяльність підприємства. Вивчення організаційної культури підприємства показало, що успішне впровадження інновацій залежить від підтримки та активної участі персоналу, а також від готовності організації до змін. На основі отриманих результатів розроблено конкретні рекомендації щодо вдосконалення інноваційного потенціалу підприємства з метою підвищення його конкурентоспроможності. Ці рекомендації спрямовані на удосконалення інноваційних процесів, покращення організаційної культури та залучення персоналу до інноваційної діяльності.

The purpose of the research is to study the innovative potential of the enterprise as a key factor in ensuring its competitiveness and to determine the ways of its improvement. The object of research is the innovative potential of the enterprise, and the subject is the factors affecting the level of the innovative potential of the enterprise, as well as methods and tools for its assessment and improvement. Research tasks: analysis of the innovation environment; assessment of innovation opportunities; study of organizational culture; on the basis of the obtained results, the development of specific recommendations for improving the innovative potential of the enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness. The scientific novelty of the study consists in a comprehensive analysis of the innovative potential of the enterprise as a key factor in its competitiveness. An analysis of the innovation environment was carried out, which made it possible to identify potential opportunities and threats affecting the innovative activity of the enterprise. The study of the organizational culture of the enterprise showed that the successful implementation of innovations depends on the support and active participation of personnel, as well as on the readiness of the organization for changes. On the basis of the obtained results, specific recommendations were developed to improve the innovative potential of the enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness. These recommendations are aimed at improving innovation processes, improving organizational culture and involving personnel in innovative activities.
