Удосконалення інформаційної системи сільськогосподарського підприємства

Abstract

У кваліфікаційній роботі представлено результати науково практичних досліджень з удосконалення інформаційної системи сільськогосподарського підприємства. Зроблено теоретичне обґрунтування проблеми дослідження, проаналізовано стан та сучасні тенденції розвитку інформаційних систем з урахуванням комплексу методів дослідження. На основі аналізу складових інформаційної системи визначено напрями її подальшого удосконалення, які стосуються підвищення рівня комунікації функцій менеджменту, впровадження дієвих інформаційно-комунікативних технологій, покращення систем планування та методичного забезпечення, оснащення робочих місць сучасними засобами оргтехніки, удосконалення організаційної структури управління та впровадження диспетчеризації інформаційних потоків у досліджуваному підприємстві.

The qualification work presents the results of scientific and practical research on improving the information system of the agricultural enterprise. The theoretical justification of the research problem was made, the state and modern trends of the development of information systems were analyzed, taking into account the complex of research methods. Based on the analysis of the components of the information system, directions for its further improvement have been determined, which relate to increasing the level of communication of management functions, implementing effective information and communication technologies, improving planning and methodical support systems, equipping workplaces with modern office equipment, improving the organizational structure of management and implementing the dispatching of information flows in the investigated enterprise.
