Abstract

У статті висвітлено проблеми сучасного стану та обґрунтовано основні напрями інноваційного розвитку галузі садівництва України. Охарактеризовано схему інноваційного процесу. Виокремлено та наведено основні напрями інноваційного розвитку галузі садівництва, якими є агротехнічні, технологічні та організаційно-економічні. Доведено, що перехід садівницьких підприємств на інноваційний шлях розвитку є одним із визначальних факторів високоефективного господарювання в галузі.

В статье освещены проблемы современного состояния и обоснованы основные направления инновационного развития отрасли садоводства Украины. Охарактеризована схема инновационного процесса. Выделены и приведены основные направления инновационного развития отрасли садоводства, которыми являются агротехнические, технологические и организационно-экономические. Доказано, что переход садоводческих предприятий на инновационный путь развития является одним из определяющих факторов высокоэффективного хозяйствования в отрасли.

Gutorova O, Fastivets D. Priority goals for innovative development of the horticulture. Problems of the current state are covered and the main goals for innovative development of the horticulture branch of Ukraine are proved. Importance of a role of fruits, berries and products of their industrial processing in a full-fledged diet of the person is emphasized and also the fact that our state although has a long traditions and a favorable environment for highly effective horticulture, however at the same time considerably is backward from the most developed countries of the world on production of this products per capita. The main characteristics of the horticulture branch are given (high capital investments on creation of fixed assets – fruit and berry plantings, a long period of their payback, significant labor inputs, etc.); the condition of branch’s development during recent years is characterized and need of innovative development of fruit and berry production for a long-term outlook is proved. The scheme of innovative process in horticulture of Ukraine is characterized. The main goals for innovative development of the horticulture branch, which are agrotechnical, technological, organizational, and economic are allocated and given. An improvement of innovative activity of the horticultural enterprises can be achieved by realization of a set of actions as at the macroeconomic, and microeconomic levels: by introduction of the new high-yielding grades steady against the diseases created on the basis of using a cellular engineering, molecular genetics and traditional selection; by introduction of a new systems of land use and the moisture preserving technologies (that will promote increase in productivity of fruit and berry cultures, improvement of quality of production); by adaptation of high-performance grades of domestic and foreign selection to the state soil and climatic conditions (decrease in expenses on introduction of new high-yield crops); by introduction of a new technologies (essential decrease in expenses on production, maintaining fertility of soils, improvement of an ecological state in Ukraine); by introduction of resource-saving system of machinery for complex mechanization of technological processes in horticulture (increase in labor productivity, decrease in cost of works); by using of highly effective biological products for fight against diseases and wreckers (increase in productivity and quality of production). It is proved that transition of the horticultural enterprises to an innovative path of development is one of the defining factors of highly effective managing in branch.
