Управління ризиками трансферних процесів торговельних підприємств в умовах цифровізації

Abstract

У статті досліджено сутність та визначено основні види трансферних процесів торговельних підприємств; систематизовано ризики трансферних операцій та основні підходи до управління ними в сучасних умовах. Зазначено, що управління ризиками є критичним для збереження конкурентоспроможності та стабільності підприємства. На основі дослідження наукових підходів визначено сутність трансферних процесів торговельних підприємств, під якими пропонується розуміти процеси передачі інформації, ресурсів, товарів або послуг між різними підрозділами або філіями всередині однієї компанії або за її межі. Ці процеси є основними механізмами, що забезпечують ефективність і злагодженість роботи підприємства, а також його взаємодію з зовнішніми партнерами. Удосконалено підходи до класифікації трансферних процесів торгових підприємств у відповідності до їх спрямованості (зовнішні і внутрішні) та функціонального наповнення (трансфер товарів, інформації, фінансів, інновацій та ноу-хау, логістики).Зазначено, що кожний трансферний процес несе у собі внутрішні та зовнішні ризики, що можуть негативно позначитися як на поточній діяльності так і на кінцевих результатах підприємства. Управління ризиками трансферних процесів потребує їх чіткої систематизації, оцінки та формування системи ризик-менеджменту, що враховує особливості кожного процесу та чинників зовнішнього і внутрішнього впливу. Систематизовано основні ризики трансферних процесів та підходи до управління ризиками на основі упровадження ризик менеджменту. Управління ризиками трансферних процесів у торговельній організації повинно включати: ідентифікацію, аналіз та мінімізацію потенційних ризиків, пов'язаних з переміщенням товарів, інформації, фінансових ресурсів, технологій та логістики. Це передбачає впровадження превентивних заходів, таких як моніторинг процесів, страхування, використання надійних партнерів і цифрових технологій, а також планування альтернативних сценаріїв для забезпечення безперервності бізнесу.

The article explores the essence and identifies the main types of transfer processes in trading enterprises; it systematizes the risks of transfer operations and the main approaches to managing them in modern conditions. It is noted that risk management is critical for maintaining the competitiveness and stability of an enterprise.Based on the study of scientific approaches, the essence of transfer processes in trading enterprises is defined, which are proposed to be understood as the processes of transferring information, resources, goods, or services between different departments or branches within a single company or beyond. These processes are the main mechanisms that ensure the efficiency and coherence of the enterprise, as well as its interaction with external partners. Approaches to the classification of transfer processes of trading enterprises have been improved according to their orientation (external and internal) and functional content (transfer of goods, information, finance, innovations and know-how, logistics).It is noted that each transfer process carries internal and external risks that can negatively affect both the current activities and the final results of the enterprise. Risk management of transfer processes requires their clear systematization, assessment, and the formation of a risk management system that takes into account the characteristics of each process and the factors of external and internal influence. The main risks of transfer processes and approaches to risk management based on the implementation of risk management have been systematized. Risk management of transfer processes in a trading organization should include: identification, analysis, and minimization of potential risks associated with the movement of goods, information, financial resources, technologies, and logistics. This involves the implementation of preventive measures, such as process monitoring, insurance, the use of reliable partners and digital technologies, as well as planning alternative scenarios to ensure business continuity.
