Функції стратегічного управління ризиками підприємств агропродовольчої сфери

Abstract

Стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню функцій стратегічного управління ризиками підприємств агропродовольчої сфери та визначенню сучасних моделей аналізу ризиків. Встановлено, що стратегічне управління ризиками є невід’ємною частиною ефективного функціонування підприємств агросфери, оскільки ця галузь має високий рівень залежності від природнокліматичних, економічних та ринкових факторів. Доведено, що основні функції стратегічного управління ризиками – прогностична, діагностична, превентивна, захисна, адаптаційна та контрольна – тісно взаємопов’язані та забезпечують комплексний підхід до ідентифікації, аналізу та мінімізації ризиків. Використання сучасних методів аналізу та оцінки ризиків, таких як статистичний аналіз, моделювання сценаріїв, SWOT-аналіз, моніторинг зовнішнього середовища та цифрові технології, дозволяє підприємствам ефективно реагувати на виклики та приймати обґрунтовані управлінські рішення. З’ясовано, що у сучасних умовах глобалізації та змін клімату особливого значення набувають інноваційні підходи до управління ризиками, включаючи цифровізацію, страхові механізми, диверсифікацію виробництва та впровадження екологічно стійких технологій.

The article is devoted to the justification of the functions of strategic risk management of agri-food enterprises and the definition of modern risk analysis models. It has been established that strategic risk management is an integral part of the effective functioning of agrifood enterprises since this industry has a high level of dependence on natural, climatic, economic, and market factors. Successful risk management allows enterprises to minimize threats and find new opportunities for development, which contributes to increasing their competitiveness and financial stability. It is proved that the main functions of strategic risk management - predictive, diagnostic, preventive, protective, adaptive, and control - are closely interconnected and provide a comprehensive approach to identifying, analyzing, and minimizing risks. Modern risk analysis and assessment methods, such as statistical analysis, scenario modeling, SWOT analysis, environmental monitoring, and digital technologies, allow enterprises to respond to challenges and make informed management decisions effectively. It was found that innovative approaches to risk management are of particular importance in the current conditions of globalization and climate change, including digitalization, insurance mechanisms, diversification of production, and the introduction of environmentally sustainable technologies. State support and international experience are important in ensuring effective risk management. Thus, strategic risk management in the agri-food sector is necessary for achieving sustainable development, increasing the efficiency of enterprises, and ensuring the country's food security. Using an integrated approach to risk management makes it possible to reduce potential threats, adapt to a changing environment, and ensure the long-term success of enterprises in modern conditions.
