Модель концепції відновлення складської логістики скотарства на деокупованих територіях України

Abstract

Тема даного дослідження присвячена моделі концепції відновлення складської логістики скотарства на деокупованих територіях України. В умовах тривалих воєнних дій та окупації, аграрний сектор України, зокрема скотарство, зазнав значних втрат, що негативно вплинуло на економічний розвиток та продовольчу безпеку регіонів. Відновлення складської логістики є критичним елементом у процесі реабілітації сільськогосподарського виробництва, оскільки забезпечує збереження та транспортування продукції, зменшуючи втрати та підвищуючи ефективність роботи аграрних підприємств. У межах цього дослідження було розглянуто основні виклики та проблеми, з якими стикаються аграрії на деокупованих територіях. Було проаналізовано сучасні логістичні підходи та інноваційні рішення, що можуть бути застосовані для відновлення складської інфраструктури. Основна увага приділена розробці моделей, які враховують специфіку регіону, економічні та соціальні аспекти, а також питання безпеки. Дослідження базується на методах системного аналізу, моделювання, а також використанні статистичних даних та експертних оцінок. Очікується, що результати цього дослідження сприятимуть створенню стабільної та ефективної логістичної системи, що забезпечить розвиток аграрного сектору України в постконфліктний період. Відновлення аграрного сектору України, зокрема скотарства, на деокупованих територіях є важливим завданням для забезпечення продовольчої безпеки країни та економічного розвитку регіонів. Військові дії призвели до значного руйнування інфраструктури, що ускладнює логістичні процеси та потребує системного підходу для ефективного відновлення.

The topic of this study is dedicated to the model of the concept of restoration of the warehouse logistics of cattle breeding in the de occupied territories of Ukraine. In the conditions of prolonged hostilities and occupation, the agricultural sector of Ukraine, in particular cattle breeding, suffered significant losses, which negatively affected the economic development and food security of the regions. Restoration of warehouse logistics is a critical element in the process of rehabilitation of agricultural production, as it ensures the preservation and transportation of products, reducing losses and increasing the efficiency of agricultural enterprises. Within the framework of this study, the main challenges and problems faced by farmers in the de-occupied territories were considered. Modern logistics approaches and innovative solutions that can be applied to restore the warehouse infrastructure were analyzed. The main attention is paid to the development of models that take into account the specificity of the region, economic and social aspects, as well as security issues. The research is based on the methods of system analysis, modeling, as well as the use of statistical data and expert assessments. It is expected that the results of this study will contribute to the creation of a stable and efficient logistics system that will ensure the development of the agricultural sector of Ukraine in the post-conflict period. The restoration of the agricultural sector of Ukraine, in particular cattle breeding, in the de-occupied territories is an important task for ensuring the food security of the country and the economic development of the regions. The hostilities led to significant destruction of infrastructure, which complicates logistics processes and requires a systematic approach for effective recovery.
