Управління організаційно-правової безпекою суб'єктів аграрного бізнесу в контексті теорії зацікавлених сторін

Abstract

Сьомич М.І. Управління організаційно-правової безпекою суб'єктів аграрного бізнесу в контексті теорії зацікавлених сторін. Стаття присвячена обґрунтуванню сфер організаційно-правової безпеки суб’єктів аграрного бізнесу на основі теорії зацікавлених сторін. На основі аналізу теорій зацікавлених сторін виділено основних стейкхолдерів суб’єктів аграрного бізнесу: менеджмент, який представляє підприємство як систему, споживачі, постачальники, працівники, регуляторні органи, власники, інвестори, фінансові установи та локації, для яких виокремлено інтереси, цінності та потреби. Доведено, що сфери організаційно-правової безпеки суб’єктів аграрного бізнесу відповідають ментальній карті, яка включає конкретні інтереси, цінності та потреби для зазначених груп стейкхолдерів. Розглянуто класифікацію загроз на керовані та некеровані, де перші пов’язані із зацікавленими сторонами, а другі стосуються переважно форс-мажорних обставин зовнішнього середовища.

Статья посвящена обоснованию сфер организационно-правовой безопасности субъектов аграрного бизнеса на основе теории заинтересованных сторон. На основе анализа теорий заинтересованных сторон выделено основных стейкхолдеров субъектов аграрного бизнеса: менеджмент, представляющий предприятие как систему, потребители, поставщики, работники, регуляторные органы, владельцы, инвесторы, финансовые учреждения и локации, для которых выделены интересы, ценности и потребности. Доказано, что сферы организационно-правовой безопасности субъектов аграрного бизнеса соответствуют ментальной карте, которая включает конкретные интересы, ценности и потребности для указанных групп стейкхолдеров. Рассмотрена классификация угроз на управляемые и неуправляемые, где первые связанные с заинтересованными сторонами, а вторые касаются преимущественно форс-мажорных обстоятельств внешней среды.

M.I. Syomych. Management of organizational and legal security of agricultural business entities in the context of the stakeholders’ theory. The article is devoted to substantiation of the organizational and legal security spheres of agrarian business entities on the basis of stakeholder theory. The purpose of the article. The need to consider the enterprise not only from the point of view of achieving economic goals, but also as a complex system with an appropriate number of hierarchy levels, organizational structure within the chosen organizational and legal form necessitates the study of various aspects of enterprise security, where the organizational and legal aspects are not considered enough. This requires the development of the organizational and legal security concept, taking into account the functioning peculiarities of agrarian business entities in Ukraine. It is proposed to use stakeholder theory to highlight the areas of organizational and legal security. Methodology. The basis of understanding the enterprise security is the triad of «needs – interests – values» of an enterprise and a person, the satisfaction of implementation and preservation of which at the desired level act as a target of management. Existing approaches to the identification and classification of stakeholders have been analyzed in order to determine the specific needs, interests and values of agricultural business entities. Results. The main stakeholders in the agricultural business are identified: management, who represents the enterprise as a system, consumers, suppliers, employees, regulators, owners, investors, financial institutions and locations based on stakeholder theories, for which interests, values and needs are identified. It has been proved that the organizational and legal security spheres of agrarian business entities are correspond to a mental map that includes specific interests, values and needs for groups of stakeholders. The classification of threats into managed and unmanaged ones is considered, where the first is related to the stakeholders and the second relates mainly to the force majeure of the external environment. Practical implications. The threats and consequences of their influence on the activity of the enterprise are specified within the selected areas of the mental map of organizational and legal security of agrarian business entities, which allows to develop measures to prevent or reduce the degree of negative impact, which is a prerequisite for the development, adoption and implementation of a risk management strategy of organizational and legal security.
