Abstract

У статті розглянуто значення моніторингу і контролінгу як основних інструментів управління для агропідприємств, що працюють у динамічному ринковому середовищі. В дослідженні представлено концепцію інтеграції цих інструментів у систему управління аграрними підприємствами з метою підвищення їхньої ефективності та зниження ризиків. Виявлено, що застосування моніторингу і контролінгу дозволяє підприємствам швидко реагувати на зміни, знижувати ризики та оптимізувати ресурси для досягнення стратегічних цілей. Проаналізовано методи збору та обробки даних, зокрема первинний та вторинний аналіз, що забезпечують актуальність і точність інформації для прийняття управлінських рішень. У дослідженні запропоновано методичний підхід до управління ризиками в рамках впровадження систем моніторингу і контролінгу, що є важливим елементом для забезпечення ефективності функціонування агропідприємств у сучасних умовах. Упровадження систем моніторингу і контролінгу дозволяє не тільки виявляти ризики, а й своєчасно реагувати на них. Завдяки автоматизації процесів моніторингу, підприємства можуть оперативно отримувати інформацію про зміни, що дозволяє швидко адаптувати стратегії та запобігти негативним наслідкам. Запропонований підхід також сприяє формуванню стратегії управління ризиками, що включає розробку заходів для мінімізації або переносу ризиків, а також визначення можливостей для диверсифікації підприємства. Розроблений методичний підхід забезпечує гнучкість і адаптивність управлінських процесів, що є критично важливим для забезпечення стабільності та розвитку агропідприємств в умовах постійних змін.

This article is dedicated to studying the theoretical and methodological foundations of risk management in implementing monitoring and controlling systems at agricultural enterprises. The research aims to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for risk management at agricultural enterprises when implementing monitoring and controlling systems, which will allow reducing uncertainty, increase the effectiveness of management decisions, reduce costs, and enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in the context of globalization and market instability. The article discusses the significance of monitoring and controlling as key management tools for agricultural enterprises operating in a dynamic market environment. The research presents the concept of integrating these tools into the management system of agricultural enterprises to improve their efficiency and reduce risks. It is revealed that monitoring and controlling allow enterprises to respond quickly to changes, reduce risks, and optimize resources to achieve strategic goals. Data collection and processing methods are analyzed, including primary and secondary analysis, which ensure the relevance and accuracy of information for management decision-making. The study proposes a methodological approach to risk management within the framework of implementing monitoring and controlling systems, which is an important element in ensuring the effectiveness of agricultural enterprises in modern conditions. This approach includes several stages, starting with risk identification, such as natural disasters, market fluctuations, legislative and regulatory policy changes, and socio-economic factors that can significantly impact the stability of enterprises. Implementing monitoring and controlling systems allows the detection of risks and the timely response to them. By automating monitoring processes, enterprises can quickly obtain information about changes, enabling rapid adaptation of strategies and preventing negative consequences. The proposed approach also facilitates the formation of a risk management strategy, including developing measures to minimize or transfer risks and identifying opportunities for enterprise diversification. The developed methodological approach ensures flexibility and adaptability of management processes, which is critically important for ensuring the stability and growth of agricultural enterprises in the face of constant change. This allows agricultural enterprises to react to risks and proactively manage them, creating conditions for more sustainable and profitable business operations.
