Управління витратами підприємств яєчного птахівництва як фактор підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності

Abstract

У статті обґрунтовано принципи управління витратами підприємств яєчного птахівництва як фактору підвищення їх конкурентоспроможності з врахуванням логістичного підходу. Досліджено, що для збереження рівня рентабельності та досягнення високих показників діяльності підприємства необхідною стає система ефективного управління витратами на виробництво та реалізацію продукції. Досліджено, що використання логістичного підходу в управлінні підприємством яєчного птахівництва забезпечить підвищення ефективності виробництва яєць за рахунок виокремлення і скорочення логістичних витрат. Встановлено, що система «АВ-Костінг» є найбільш адекватним способом визначення логістичних витрат. Процес логістизації підприємств яєчного птахівництва в підсистемі управління витратами змінює механізм управління та впливає на процедури перетворення та переміщення матеріального, інформаційного та фінансового потоків.

This paper suggests the principles of cost management business of egg poultry farming as a factor in increasing their competitiveness in view of the logistical approach. It is proved that to maintain the level of profitability and achieve high performance businesses need to become effective cost management system for production and sales. Cost management of the enterprise is aimed at creating a system of mechanisms and levers to improve production efficiency. Research shows that the basis of the effectiveness of any poultry farm is profitability of the final product, its competitiveness in the domestic and foreign markets. One of the most important components of a successful competitive of the enterprise – production logistization. The main challenge facing the system of cost management enterprises of egg poultry farming is to find ways of their distribution. Since the method of distribution depends on the result, in addition, to address the specific problems of management material flow is necessary to use a variety of cost accounting system. It was determined that the system is "AB-costing" is the most best way to determine the logistics costs. The process of logistizations of egg poultry farming enterprises subsystem cost management change management mechanism and affect the conversion process and transfer the material, information and financial flows, inevitably transforms the structure of expenditure and allows orderly system of incentives to build and implement effective cost savings in order to increase the competitiveness of the poultry egg in the context of overcoming the consequences of the global financial crisis and achieving economic growth in the agricultural sector.

В статье, обоснованы принципы управления затратами предприятий яичного птицеводства как фактора повышения их конкурентоспособности с учетом логистического подхода. Предложено использование логистического подхода в управлении предприятием яичного птицеводства, что обеспечит повышение эффективности производства яиц за счет выделения и сокращение логистических затрат. Определено, что система «АВ-костинг» является наиболее лучшим способом определения логистических затрат. Процесс логистизации предприятий яичного птицеводства в подсистеме управления затратами меняет механизм управления и влияет на процедуры преобразования и перемещения материального, информационного и финансового потоков.
