Особливості розроблення програм щодо створення і забезпечення функціонування служб містобудівного кадастру на регіональному та базовому рівнях

Abstract

В статье предложено содержание сведений, которые должны вводиться в систему градостроительного кадастра; обоснованы принципы по которым должен вестись градостроительный кадастр; изложен перечень задач, которые поможет решать информация, содержащаяся в градостроительном кадастре

Due to implemention of the state policy in the field of urban planning there is a need of implemention of complex approach to solving the issue concerning urban cadastre formation − state storage system and usage of geospatial data in terms of territory, administrative-territorial units, engineering and geological conditions; information resources of state building codes, standards and regulations to meet the information needs as to territorial planning and construction, which permits to realize the scheme of regional territory planning and regional development strategy, planned for a certain period of time.Formintion of appropriate geographic information system of urban cadastre should be integrated corporate solution that is based on modern geoinformation technologies with the creation of geoportals data (including a single data resources information system of branch cadastres on the local level and another, due to legislative information) and determination of unity of organizational, technical and technological principles of forming of geoinformatsion subsystems at different levels. Analyzing the existing regulatory and legal basis, this article will help to solve the following issues:what data should be included to urban cadastre system; due to what principles should be conducted urban cadastre; due to what issues we should use information contained in urban cadastre.
