Abstract

Історичні аспекти розвитку кооперативного руху у сільському господарстві. У статті досліджено історичний розвиток становлення кооперативного руху у сільському господарстві світового співтовариства який є важливим у розвитку сільськогосподарської кооперації України. На сучасному етапі економічних відносин в Україні для успішної діяльності усих видів сільськогосподарських кооперативів сформовано достатнє нормативно-правове поле, але потенціал сільськогосподарської кооперації залишається нереалізованим. Тому подальший розвиток кооперації, з огляду на її сучасний стан, потребує глибокого аналізу, всебічного вивчення та врахування як зарубіжного, так і українського кооперативного досвіду.

В статье исследовано историческое развитие становления кооперативного движения в сельском хозяйстве мирового сообщества который является важным в развитии сельскохозяйственной кооперации Украины. На современном этапе экономических отношений в Украине для успешной деятельности усих видов сельскохозяйственных кооперативов сформировано достаточное нормативно-правовое поле, но потенциал сельскохозяйственной кооперации остается нереализованным. Поэтому дальнейшее развитие кооперации, учитывая ее современное состояние, требует глубокого анализа, всестороннего изучения и учета как зарубежного, так и украинского кооперативного опыта

O. Hloponina-Gnatenko. Historical aspects of cooperative movement development in agriculture. The study of historical development of the cooperative movement of the world community formation in agriculture which is an important component in the development of agricultural cooperation in Ukraine has been carried out. People have been practicing cooperation for a long time, understanding that only on the basis of mutual assistance it is possible to improve their existence and development of the society. Agricultural cooperatives existed as long ago as in Babylon; the handicraft and other cooperative activities were widespread among the ancient Egyptians, Greeks and Romans. The Ukrainian people lived and formed their mentality on this basis from time immemorial. The international cooperative movement has a long history. The cooperative ideas that have come to us from Western Europe have revived the traditional values of the national way of life, so generalizing the historical foundations and the main problems of agricultural cooperation development as a form of the integration relations is one of the main ones in identifying the problems and developing the economic, organizational, institutional and legal directions and their implementation in practice. Judging from the international and domestic experience of the cooperative idea and historical aspect we ourselves should change the attitude to our resources such as the land, people, knowledge and relations with each other. At the present stage of economic relations in Ukraine a sufficient regulatory sphere for the successful operation of all types of agricultural cooperatives has been formed; but the potential of the agricultural cooperation still remains unfulfilled. The development of the cooperative movement in Ukraine could become a driving force for the qualitative change not only in the agricultural sector but also in the country as a whole. That is why it is indisputable to consider the expediency of the cooperation principles existence and implementation in practice; and this fact has been proven by of many years world experience. The adherence to these principles is a guarantee of ensuring the stable life activity and efficient operation of each cooperative enterprise; and the promotion of a cooperative idea based on foreign and our own historical experience can become an effective lever that will accelerate the development of the agricultural cooperation in Ukraine.
