Сучасний розвиток регіону має виходити з його особливостей та нових підходів до територіальної організації життєдіяльності населення, сприяти виведенню економіки регіону із кризового стану. Як свідчить світовий досвід, рекреаційне господарство, може суттєво впливати на соціально-економічний розвиток регіону, а залучення інвестицій для забезпечення рекреаційного облаштування території – на приріст виробництва не лише в індустрії відпочинку і оздоровлення, але й в інших галузях.

Современное развитие региона должно выходить с его особенностей и новых подходов к территориальной организации жизнедеятельности населения, способствовать выводу экономики региона из кризисного состояния. Как свидетельствует мировой опыт, рекреационное хозяйство, может значительно повлиять на социально-экономическое развитие региона, а привлечение инвестиций для обеспечения рекреационного обустройства территории – на прирост производства не только в индустрии отдыха и оздоровления, но и в других отраслях.

The modern development of the region should be based on its peculiarities and new approaches to the territorial organization of the vital activity of the population, contribute to the recovery of the region's economy from the crisis. As the world experience shows, the recreational economy can have a significant impact on the socio-economic development of the region and attracting investments to provide recreational landscaping - on the growth of production not only in the leisure and recreation industry but also in other industries. Analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the tourist complex of the Ternopil region, we came to the conclusion that the perspective development of tourism in the region should be based on three components: investments, innovations and information communications. Without broad involvement of external investment flows, implementation of state investment projects and intensification of internal investment capital, it is unrealistic to develop an effective regional inter-branch tourist complex. Without borrowing tourism innovations and switching to progressive European standards of guest and recreational services, it is impossible to develop a competitive international tourism sector of the region.
