В статті досліджено функціонування матеріальних потоків в логістичній системі агропромислового виробництва. Проаналізовано особливості формування логістичної системи в АПК, зокрема в молокопродуктовому підкомплексі. Ефективність логістизації сфери обігу АПК тим вище, чим послідовніше й глибше системний підхід проникає в усі ланки логістичного ланцюга руху товару. Зроблений висновок про необхідність запровадження логістичного підходу для підвищення ефективності господарської діяльності і формування стійкої конкурентної позиції на ринку сільськогосподарської продукції.

The necessity and the possibility of using logistics tools in the agricultural sector does not require additional examples or evidence. Agroindustrial production as a complex of interconnected industries cannot be imagined outside the system approach, which is a fundamental principle of logistics. Since the relationship between industries and enterprises of this complex in a market economy is mediated by commodity exchange, the systemforming elements of the agro-industrial complex are material flows, as well as the related flows of financial resources and information. The purpose. Study of the specifics of the functioning of material flows in the logistics system of agro-industrial production will increase the efficiency of the use of logistics as a tool in the sphere of circulation of the agro-industrial complex. Methods and methodology. Structural-logical analysis was used to construct the logic and structure of the study; used a systematic approach for classification of material flows and logistics systems; abstract-logical method was used to form the conclusions. Results. Material flows can be manifested at the same time as raw materials for the next stage of the logistics chain and the final product. Milk produced in an agricultural enterprise can at the same time be consumed in the enterprise itself when feeding calves, and can be used as a raw material for the dairy industry. Another feature of the formation of material flows in the agroindustrial complex is the seasonality of agricultural production. This requires long-term inventory storage. Another feature is the significant variability of material flows when moving to the end consumer, ie changes in the properties of material flow lead to changes in the requirements for storage of products. As you move along the supply chain, the material flow across the range expands. For example, a dairy processing plant from raw milk (raw materials) produces more than a hundred product names.

Эффективность логистизации сферы обращения АПК тем выше, чем последовательнее и глубже системный подход проникает во все звенья логистической цепи товародвижения. Сделан вывод о необходимости введения логистического подхода для повышения эффективности хозяйственной деятельности и формирования устойчивой конкурентной позиции на рынке сельхозпродукции.
