Удocкoнaлення транспортно-логістичної інфрacтруктури тa технoлoгій контейнерних перевезень зернових вaнтaжів

Abstract

Проведено аналіз міжнародного досвіду використання комбінованих вантажних контейнерних перевезень. Показана необхідність удосконалення застосування мультимодальних перевезень зернових вантажів з використанням контейнерних технологій на автомобільному, залізничному та річковому видах транспорту. Наведено переваги технології транспортування зерна в контейнерах до пункта призначення і доцільності модернізації логістичної інфраструктури зернових транспортних систем. Обґрунтовано доцільність створення зернового транспортно-логістичного комплексу в Дніпропетровській області.

The purpose of the article is to develop areas for improving transport technologies to support the production and transportation of grain crops in Ukraine. Determination of rational approaches to the further development of the logistics infrastructure of transport-grain complexes and the creation of such a complex in the Dnipropetrovsk region. The analysis of international experience in the use of combined cargo container transportations has been carried out. The need to improve the application of multimodal transport of grain cargo using container technology in road, rail and river transport is shown. The possibilities of attracting inland water transport in a multimodal transport system are considered. The reasons preventing the development of multimodal transport in Ukraine and the ways of their solution are analyzed. On the basis of system analysis, a study was made of the current state and dynamics of production volumes and technologies of grain transportation in Ukraine. The advantages of the technology of grain transportation in containers to the destination and expediency of modernization of the logistics infrastructure of grain transport systems are given. The expediency of creating a grain transport and logistics complex in the Dnepropetrovsk region is substantiated. The justification of the region's attractiveness for the creation of a modern transport and logistics sector has been carried out. In order to reduce the congestion of Ukrainian roads and increase the efficiency of container transportation of grain, it is proposed to increase the use of river transport. Technical, organizational and technological recommendations are given to improve the conditions for the attractiveness of Ukrainian ports for transit traffic.
