Дослідження впливу наробітку форсунки на ймовірності відмов запірного клапану

Abstract

В статті досліджено вплив наробітку форсунки на ймовірність відмов запірного клапану. Проаналізовано зміну ймовірності відмов клапану від наробітку форсунки. Дове дено, що зміна ймовірності відмови клапану носить з часом експоненціальний характер. Функція відмов клапана форсунки наростає по експоненціальному закону від нулевого свого значення до асимптотичного, що представляє собою стаціонарний коефіцієнт відмов цієї підсистеми. Перспективою подальших досліджень є дослідження впливу часу експлуатації на зміну ймовірності відмов фільтра форсунки

The article describes the impact of operation timing to a change of probability to failures of nozzle’s stopper valve. It is mathematically proven that the average operation capacity before the failure of nozzle is an inverse value to the number of intensity of failuresstopper valve. With the increase of types of failure and number of sub-systems and elements of the system, the average operation capacity to the failure decreases. The perspective for further researches is researching the impact of operation timing to a change of probability to failures of nozzle filter.
