Abstract:	The article examines the influence of Industry 4.0 on the development of the architectural and planning organization of the hotel and tourist industry of villages, emphasizing the importance of environmental aspects and innovative technologies to increase the competitiveness and sustainability of projects. Theoretical aspects for ensuring energy efficiency and reducing the negative impact on the environment in hotel and tourist construction are also highlighted.
