| Abstract: | Specific functional capabilities of automated monitoring systems in icy areas are proposed: short-term and long-term forecasts of the occurrence of ice-frost deposits on the PL, early detection of ice formation, signaling, collection and primary processing of current data, calculation of predictive parameters of the ice melting regime. |
