| Abstract: | Analysis of scientific works that highlighted the problems of combating lowquality electrical energy in the 0.38/0.22 kV SEP shows that today there are many methods and technical means for improving quality indicators and reducing electrical energy losses, but all of them due to their high cost, low reliability and efficiency in the presence of long lines feeding utility loads, were not widely used. |
