Прогнозування та оптимізація граничних та допустимих параметрів деталей варіаторів комбайнів

Abstract

В статті приведено теоретичне обгрунтування вивчення технічного стану деталей варіаторів, критерії при визначенні оптимальних допустимих відхилень параметрів (допустимих спрацювань), розроблено методичні основи визначення граничних і допустимих розмірів деталей клинопасових варіаторів при ремонті та прогнозуванні їх технічного стану за умови забезпечення заданої безвідмовності.

Тhe article gives the theoretical substantiation of the study of the technical condition of the details of the variables, the criteria for determining the optimal tolerances for the parameters of the tolerances, the methodical bases for determining the limit and admissible dimensions of the parts of the crop equipment variators during the repair and forecasting of its technical condition, provided that the given reliability is provided.
