Організаційно-економічне забезпечення функціонування туристичного підприємства

Abstract

Узагальнення теоретичних положень щодо визначення поняття «організаційно-економічне забезпечення» дозволило сформулювати суть поняття «організаційно-економічне забезпечення функціонування підприємства», що дало змогу структурувати комплекс складових та структурних елементів організаційно-економічного забезпечення функціонування туристичного підприємства та охарактеризувати їх.

Generalization of theoretical statements of the definition of organizational and economic components of the concept "organizational and economic provision" by various authors allowed to formulate the essence of the concept of organizational and economic support of the enterprise as an integrated system of organizational, economic and information components, structural elements, methods and procedures that create necessary conditions for functioning of the enterprises and influence economic and organizational parameters of the activities which allows to regulate economic relations and contributes to the increase of the enterprise efficiency as a whole. Features of the organizational and economic support of tourist enterprises functioning reflect the specifics of their activities aimed at the manufacture of tourist products. The manufactureof a tourist product is considered as a process of converting resources into a tourist product that occurs in different economic entities. The key subjects of tourism interacting in the process of producing and selling tourist products, provision and consumption of tourism services are tour operators; enterprises and companies that provide tour operator services included in the tour; travel agents; tourists (consumers). Generalization of statementsconcerning the essence of organizational and economic support of the tourist enterpriseoperationmade it possible to structure a complex of constituent and structural elements. Organizational support of a tourist enterpriseoperationconsists of the resource component (aimed at obtaining economic results through the formation and improvement of new resource sources - material, technical, personnel, financial, etc.) and the creation of competitive services; managerial component - methods and procedures that create necessary conditions for the implementation of the process of the enterprise operationwith the use of monitoring and expert evaluation of the process of ensuring operation). Economic support of operation includes regulatory component (economic methods, methods, forms and instruments of influence on economic relations, methodological component (methodological tool for scientifically based selection of techniques for diagnosing technical and economic state and prospects for development, estimating economic efficiency, justifying economic feasibility of changes, analysis and assessing funding sourcesavailability, etc.). It is determined that along with the organizational and economic key elements characterizing the interrelation of all components of organizational and economic support, there is an information component that allows to create database for understanding availability of the necessary elements for the implementation of the process of functioning. This component allows management and employees of enterprise departments to localize information flows of all levels of organizational and economic support with the purpose of forming a database of the operation process.
