Abstract

Невід’ємною складовою фінансово-господарської діяльності суб’єкта господарювання є дебіторська і кредиторська заборгованість. Для ефективного функціонування підприємства досить важливе значення має якісне управління дебіторською і кредиторською заборгованістю та аналіз їх стану. На фінансовий стан підприємства впливають як величини дебіторської та кредиторської заборгованості, так і періоди оборотності кожної з них. Разом з тим, балансові залишки дебіторської і кредиторської заборгованості можуть бути лише відправною точкою для дослідження ступеня впливу розрахунків з дебіторами та кредиторами на фінансовий стан підприємства. Аналіз стану дебіторської і кредиторської заборгованості в системі управління підприємством передбачає врахування зовнішніх і внутрішніх факторів, кількісних і якісних показників, визначення середньої величини заборгованості, її частки у загальній сумі активів і пасивів підприємства, оцінювання заборгованості за строками погашення, виявлення ризиків і загроз щодо неповернення. В кваліфікаційній роботі з’ясована сутність дебіторської і кредиторської заборгованості та їх класифікація; фактори впливу на процес управління дебіторської і кредиторської заборгованості; особливості управління дебіторською та кредиторською заборгованістю підприємства. Дана організаційно-економічна характеристика господарства. Проведений аналіз стану дебіторської і кредиторської заборгованості за чотири роки. Receivables and payables are an integral part of the financial and economic activity of a business entity. High-quality management of receivables and payables and analysis of their condition is of considerable importance for the effective functioning of the enterprise. The financial condition of the enterprise is affected by the amounts of receivables and payables, as well as the turnover periods of each of them. At the same time, balances of receivables and payables can only be a starting point for researching the degree of influence of settlements with debtors and creditors on the financial condition of the enterprise. Analysis of the state of receivables and payables in the enterprise management system involves taking into account external and internal factors, quantitative and qualitative indicators, determining the average amount of debt, its share in the total amount of assets and liabilities of the enterprise, assessing debt by maturity, identifying risks and threats of non-repayment. The qualification work clarified the essence of receivables and payables and their classification; factors influencing the process of managing receivables and payables; peculiarities of management of receivables and payables of the enterprise. The organizational and economic characteristics of the farm are given. An analysis of the state of receivables and payables for four years was carried out. The acquirer proposed ways to improve the company's debt management process.
