| Abstract: | Наведено результати аналізу нової редакції 2010 року правил
Інкотермс. Досліджено доповнення базисних умов поставки новими
термінами, розглянуто нові витрати та ризики за низкою умов. Доведено, що
правила Інкотермс 2010 спрямовані як для зовнішньої, так і для внутрішньої
торгівлі та простіші в застосуванні. The results over of analysis of new release of rules of Incoterms 2010 are brought. It is investigational, that the base terms of delivery are complemented by new terms, the new types of payments and danger are considered at the use of row of terms. It is well-proven that the new rules of Incoterms can be used both for domestic trade and at international trade and more simple in the use. |
