dc.description.abstractRelevance of the topic of the qualification work. Modern conditions, characterized by the growth of competitive relations, oblige service market subjects to take a more organized and purposeful approach to solving problems in the service sector. The management system for providing hotel services is characterized by multifunctionality and complexity, which obliges the employees of this sector to create comfortable living conditions, taking into account the study of the heterogeneity of the needs of guests who tend to choose the best living conditions in accommodation facilities. For competitiveness in this market, it is necessary to improve the quality of guest service, develop new organizational and economic approaches, improved management methods, and innovative solutions. The ultimate goal of developing and implementing strategic programs for the development of the hotel industry is to build customer loyalty on the basis of ensuring the high quality of services provided. At the same time, the hospitality industry - as one of the developed types of economic activity in international business, where significant capital is concentrated, has a significant impact on the growth rates of the national economy, the level of employment of the population, the steady growth of mixed industries, which collectively actualize the problems of its rational management . The purpose of the qualification work is to introduce innovations to increase the competitiveness of modern hotel services. Task. - consider the dream aspects competitiveness modern hotel services and tendencies _ restaurant business development ; - to describe the sobriety assessment competitiveness of the hotel; - to provide general characteristics of of the hotel , service and services , to analyze organizational structure and principle _ _ management hotel ; - to carry out a naliz basic development measures _ hotel services and expansion competitive advantages hotel enterprises a; - consider f actors of negative impact on development industry hospitality and recommendations of their I overcome ; - provide feedback of application innovative technologies hotel enterprises for promotion competitiveness and; - to scientifically justify the directions strategic solutions of increase competitiveness and emerging risks. Object of study. The object of the study is the study of the activity of the hotel complex "Verkhovyna". The subject of research . The subject of the research is the theoretical, methodological and practical aspects of the implementation of innovations and hotel management strategies. Theoretical and practical significance of the obtained results. It consists in the study of theoretical aspects of the system management, strategies at hotel enterprises , implementation of innovations to increase competitiveness, analysis of the concept of customer satisfaction . Approbation . The main provisions of the work were reported at meetings of the scientific circle of the department of trade, hotel and restaurant and customs affairs, at scientific conferences.uk_UA
