Управління діловою кар’єрою державного службовця

Abstract

Метою кваліфікаційної (магістерської) роботи є розвиток теоретичних і практичних положень щодо удосконалення управління діловою кар’єрою державних службовців з метою підвищення ефективності державного управління. Об’єктом дослідження є процес управління кар’єрою державних службовців. Предметом дослідження є методичні засади та практичні підходи до управління кар’єрою державних службовців. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає в розвитку та уточненні теоретичних положень, розробці науково-обґрунтованих рекомендацій щодо підвищення ефективності управління діловою кар’єрою державного службовця. В кваліфікаційній (магістерській) роботі: у першому розділі розглянуто Теоретичні аспекти управління діловою кар’єрою державного службовця; у другому розділі Методологічні аспекти управління діловою кар’єрою державного службовця; у третьому розділі, на основі отриманих результатів, обґрунтовано рекомендації щодо Удосконалення управління діловою кар’єрою державного службовця з урахуванням світових тенденцій. Висновки містять теоретичні узагальнення і практичні рекомендації, що опрацьовані в основній частині роботи.

The purpose of the qualification (master's) thesis is the development of theoretical and practical provisions on improving the management of the business career of civil servants in order to increase the efficiency of public administration. The object of the study is the career management process of civil servants. The subject of the study is methodological principles and practical approaches to career management of civil servants. The scientific novelty of the study consists in the development and clarification of theoretical provisions, the development of scientifically based recommendations for improving the efficiency of managing the business career of a civil servant. In the qualification (master's) thesis: the first chapter examines the theoretical aspects of managing the business career of a civil servant; in the second chapter Methodological aspects of managing the business career of a civil servant; in the third section, on the basis of the obtained results, the recommendations regarding the improvement of the management of the business career of the civil servant, taking into account world trends, are substantiated. The conclusions contain theoretical generalizations and practical recommendations developed in the main part of the work.
